These iChatAV (Version 2) pages are coloured Green and have the iChat 2 icon on them that was in use at the time, so you know where you are. The icon differs from Version 1 by having the camera logo added.
These pages have sat here since 2008 with no update. In that time the AIM servers have been closed down (2017) and iChat has been superseded by Messages. That effectively make this a sort of Historical Document of how it worked.

This is the iChat 2 Windows Menu. This is not the last Menu Bar item but it is the last pic in this series.
It gives you access to bring specific windows to the Front or reveal Hidden windows.
Minimize puts a window in the DOCK - same as the Amber button top left of any window
Zoom does the Same as the Green button - toggle between making the window full Screen height and the last size you resized it to.
It also displays the Keystrokes used to bring the Buddy Lists to the fore. As you can see they have become numbered Buddy Lists. The AIM one get numbered as 1 and the Rendezvous as 2. This will become more important in subsequent iChat versions. In reallity all the windows technically have a number, it is just the Buddy Lists can be accessed by Keystrokes.
As other windows get opened they appear below the Address Book item and can be selected to bring that window to the front if Hidden (when Red Button is used on some windows - although this Ends Chats in any Chat window) or when they are just behind other windows.
If a Chat window is fairly big and dragged over a smaller window of iChat's then it will remain behind the bigger window even if you use the "Bring All to the Front" option. Select the individual option either in this menu or by a click and hold on the iChat icon in the DOCK.
You can see in this picture that the next menu is the Help menu and there is only iChat Help in here so I have not grabbed a Picture.
I would suggest the Firewall picture Next
