1 Ports System Preferences - Firewall - Sharing |

|
This set of pictures shows how to access the details of your Mac's Firewall and therefore potential Port settings.
This picture shows that "Sharing" gets highlighted by the time you have typed the whole of the word Firewall into the Search field. (We are going to System Preferences > Sharing > FIrewall Tab and this demonstrates how you can look for it).
To get to this Screen (above) means using the option in the Apple Menu in the Menu Bar or the System Preferences icon in the DOCK (the pic is from Leopard but should be the same or similar in earlier versions of the OS).

A Picture of the System Preferences window using the search feature which in turn highlights where the Firewall is (for Tiger, Panther and Jaguar).
There is also a Picture of the System Preferences Icon the DOCK if you need it.
Compatibility
Confirmed to work with Win/IE 5.5 and later (should work in 5.0, but not confirmed),
Firefox 2, Safari 3, Opera 9, iCab 3.02 and later, Mac/IE 5, Netscape 6 and later
Old browsers (IE version 4 or earlier, Netscape 4 or earlier) should only see
a text-based page which, while not the prettiest option, is still entirely
usable.
